Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble with your Make Me Smile application, please try the following:

Reset or Restart your iPhone or iPod touch:

The instructions are found on the Apple website at:

iPod touch Troubleshooting Assistant

or

Remove and Reinstall the App:

Remove the app from your device
Remove the app from your iTunes library
Redownload the app to your iPhone, iPod touch, or computer.

If you are still having problems, please try to download and install a different free app to your device to make sure your device is working right.
